"Of course, sweetie."
Laura lost. Really badly.
"Can I win the next game, Mom?'
Isobel laughed. "But how will you learn if I just let you win all the time?"
Theo liked to hide in the bushes outside to play his music. There just wasn't enough room in the house.
Jasmine Quirke, a co-worker of Isobel's showed up randomly.
"Hey, I'm having a party tomorrow night, wanna come?"
Isobel accepted more out of pity then anything else.
They were the only guests that showed up.
"Of course I brushed my teeth, what do you think I am, some sort of monster?!" Laura had been on the phone with her best friend pretty much since they got home from school.
Laura and Theo snuck out to build an army of snowmen at the park. They were lucky it was their father who went out to find them.

And Brendan reached handiness level 10! Bringing him closer to completing the perfectionist challenge part of this role.
NOTE:
Yeah, short chapter. I know. In my defense, this past bit has been insane. My mum got married last weekend, so I was out of town for that. I also got some life changing news that's pretty much leaving me sitting here thinking. Just thinking. About everything that needs to be done, and it's a huge list, and I need to start tackling it, but I'm not sure how. And kinda afraid as well.
Laura's phone conversation is adorable. And that army of snowmen is quite intimidating. :o

She definitely is! I wish I could pull it off. I'm lucky I can even put eyeliner on properly. I'm jealous of my sims.
